Delivery Policy

Runtogen uses FedEx/DHL/UPS courier services for all worldwide destinations. We primarily use FedEx. Cryopreserved cells are shipped in dry ice packing for US, Canada, and certain European countries. Overnight delivery is available only for destinations in the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii). You will receive your products within 2-5 business days for international packages.

Runtogen accepts no liability for any loss of or damage to any of its products during shipping or delivery or for losses or damage to products for any cause beyond Runtogen’s reasonable control.

Shipments Going Through A Third-Party Company

Once our shipment arrives securely at your third party company, it becomes the responsibility of that third party company to securely and timely ship the products to end users. We are not responsible for any goods damaged during shipment from your third party company to its final destination.

Shipping and handling Costs are paid at the time of order and are placed on your invoice.

After an order is shipped, you will receive notification from Runtogen. You can track your package on FedEx.

Product Replacement Policy

Replacement of a defective product will be at the sole discretion of Runtogen. Customer is required to fill out the Product Replacement Form, within 7 business days of receipt of goods. Runtogen will replace a defective product only if the product was used according to the guidelines provided by Runtogen. Customer is required to pay shipping and handling costs for all replacement products.

Payments

We allow customers to make payments using a variety of methods including ACH, credit card and wire transfer. A full prepayment is required for the first-time order above $5,000 from a valued new customer.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are Purchase Orders and Credit Card Orders. Shipping costs of the ordered item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. All International shipments that is not going through our International distributors, will require to prepay for the order before we are able to process orders.
