Description	SUP-T1 Cell Line was derived from malignant cells collected from the malignant pleural effusion of an 8 year old child with T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. These cells express multiple T-lineage markers. They are E-rosette negative and β2-microglobulin positive. These cells are negative for Leu 5 (CD2), sheep red blood cell receptor, OKT 9 (CD71; transferrin receptor), surface immunoglobulin (sIg -), HLA-DR, CALLA (CD10), and Tac (CD25).

Passage Ratio	Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Establish new cultures at 3 x 105 viable cells/mL and maintain between 2 x105 and 2 x 106 cells/mL. Medium Renewal: 2 to 3 times per week.
Culture Method	The base medium for this cell line is RPMI-1640 Medium. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
Quality Control	SUP-T1 Cell Line is negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
Shipping	Cryopreserved SUP-T1 cells are shipped with dry ice
Storage	Upon arrival, Check all containers for leakage or breakage. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately place the cells at a temperature below -130°C, preferably in liquid nitrogen vapor, until ready for use.
Warranty	SUP-T1 Cell Line is warranted for 30 days from the date of shipment, provided that the customer has stored and handled the product according to the information included on the product datasheet, website, and COA.
