Description	The STAT3-Luc/HEK293 Reporter Cell Line is a HEK293 cell line expressing firefly luciferase driven by STAT3 response elements located upstream of a minimal TATA promoter. After activation by cytokines or growth factors, endogenous STAT3 binds to the response elements, inducing transcription of the luciferase reporter.
