Description	Rat Periosteal Stem Cells from Runtogen are isolated from Periodontal. Rat Periosteal Stem Cells are cryopreserved at passage one after purification and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 590 ml volume. This primary cell product is characterized by immunofluorescence.

Culture Method	The primary cells must be cultured in a 37 ℃, 5% CO2 incubator.

Shipping	Cryopreserved Rat Periosteal Stem Cells are shipped with dry ice.
Storage	Upon arrival, Check all containers for leakage or breakage. Remove the frozen cells from the dry ice packaging and immediately place the cells at a temperature below -130°C, preferably in liquid nitrogen vapor, until ready for use.
