Description	OVCAR8 Doxorubicin Resistant Cell Line was developed by stepwise increased concentrations of Doxorubicin. Cells were continuously maintained in Doxorubicin, with treatments beginning at the initial IC50 of the respective parent cell lines. Gi50 on OVCAR8/Doxorubicin is 23.6uM and on OVCAR8 is 0.29uM.
