Description	NCI-H1993 Crizotinib Resistant Cell Line was developed by stepwise increased concentrations of Crizotinib. Cells were continuously maintained in Crizotinib, with treatments beginning at the initial IC50 of the respective parent cell lines. Gi50 on NCI-H1993/Crizotinib is ＞1000nM and on NCI-H1993 is 17.2nM.
