Description	Our mouse genotyping kit is optimized to fast isolate mouse tail DNA for genotyping. Mouse Genotyping Kit contains Tail Lysis and DirectAmp PCR Mix. Runtogen's Mouse Genotyping Kit is used for rapid validation of mouse genotype. Only a 1-2mm mouse tail is needed, and it only takes 15 minutes to complete sample processing, allowing high-throughput operation on 96-well plates. The Direct PCR Taq Mix in the product is uniquely optimized to have strong tolerance to the PCR inhibitors in the unpurified DNA template. No need for DNA extraction and purification. The amplification length of the target DNA can reach 3kb.
