Description	IPSC-DYR0100-Cas9 Cell Line was constructed using Cas9 gene expressing lentivirus. Cas9 protein was stably expressed, and the Cas9 stable cell line is validated by RT-QPCR and gene editing experiments. IPSC-DYR0100-Cas9 Stable Cell Line, IPSC-DYR0100-Cas9 can be used to carry out CRISPR genome editing applications with high efficiency; to make Gene editing (knockout, point mutation and tag knockin); and as a platform to optimize CRISPR library screening.
